Purtroppo solo al mio arrivo apprendo che lo stabilimento è in mano ad una gestione diversa da quella del ristorante ! Il personale dello stabilimento La Dogana mi accoglie dicendomi che l'ombrellone da me prenotato e pagato in anticipo con carta di credito non è disponibile per un errore della centralinista MariaVittoria che, dopo aver commesso l'errore, non solo non lo ha ammesso, ma addirittura sul momento ha negato l'evidenza, trattandomi in modo a dir poco scortese ed inadeguato. Non hanno rimborsato i 40€ ne hanno trovato un'altra soluzione! Assolutamente sconsigliato! The staff of the La Dogana establishment welcomes me by telling me that the umbrella I booked and paid for in advance by credit card is not available due to a mistake by the receptionist Maria Vittoria who, after making the mistake, not only did not admit it, but even at the time he denied the evidence, treating me in a way to say the least rude and inadequate. They have not refunded the € 40 they have found another solution! Absolutely not recommended!
G	Gionatan Mostacciuolo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo posto! Sconsigliato! Arriviamo alle 10.30, possibilità di scelta tra parcheggio coperto a 6 euro o scoperto a 4 euro. Scelgo quello a 4 euro, ma l'operatore mi fa parcheggiare e poi mi chiede 6 euro perché "deve prima riempire quello a 6 euro e poi apre quello scoperto". Insomma, chi prima arriva, peggio alloggia! Dopo mia insistente richiesta, mi fa parcheggiare in quello a 4€ a 10metri di distanza. Arrivati in spiaggia, l'ombrellone prenotato e pagato risultava essere dato ad altri clienti! Scandalosi! Il personale scortese e maleducato non è stato assolutamente di aiuto nel trovare una soluzione. C'era stato un palese errore della receptionist durante la prenotazione, ma siamo rimasti senza ombrellone! NB. Lo stabilimento era mezzo vuoto in quanto il tempo era pessimo, quindi un minimo ci sarebbero anche potuti venire incontro in qualche modo, invece siamo stati ingiustamente trattati come pessimi clienti. Delusi e amareggiati per il pessimo trattamento, siamo andati via. Pessima esperienza! Bad place! Not recommended! F	Francesca Piergentili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato ombrellone e lettini telefonicamente al centralino della Dogana Beach Club per tutta la giornata di Domenica pagando anticipatamente 40euro con carta di credito. La responsabile mi aveva assicurato che la prenotazione fosse andata a buon fine. Al nostro arrivo in spiaggia ci è stato comunicato in malo modo che la prenotazione fosse per il giorno precedente e che avremmo dovuto ripagare l'intero servizio nonostante avessimo fatto notare che per quel giorno avevamo prenotato sia la spiaggia che il ristorante. Al ristorante risultava la giusta prenotazione, la centralinista della spiaggia, invece, aveva palesemente sbagliato ad indicare il giorno. Inutile dirvi che ogni nostra richiesta di conciliazione è stata inutile in quanto tutto il personale è stato arrogante e scortese e assolutamente non disposto a venirci un minimo incontro nella nuova prenotazione nonostante il 90% degli ombrelloni fosse vuoto in quanto il cielo era completamente coperto e il mare agitato. Giornata rovinata! Stabilimento fortemente sconsigliato! Needless to say, our every request for conciliation was useless as all the staff were arrogant and rude and absolutely unwilling to meet us in the new booking even though 90% of the umbrellas were empty as the sky was completely covered and the rough sea. Pagati in anticipo 40 euro per un ombrellone e 2 lettini degli anni 60 a mio avviso in pessime condizioni! Personale arrogante e incompetente! MAI PIÙ. Bad service!
