★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella per il fatto che essendo veramente estesa si può sostare senza essere accalcati. Purtroppo è sporca e potrebbe essere più curata. Il comune ha predisposto la raccolta dei rifiuti con i bidoni indifferenziati e per la plastica ogni 300 mt. Ogni giorno passa un trattore per pulire la spiaggia ma devo purtroppo dire che l'addetto pulisce senza cura e meticolosità. È gia molto meglio della media... Ma per l'eccellenza ci vorrebbe solamente una cura che solo se ognuno fa bene il suo lavoro si ottiene.
 Beautiful for the fact that being really extended you can stop without being crowded. Unfortunately it is dirty and could be better maintained. The municipality has arranged for the collection of waste with undifferentiated bins and for plastic every 300 meters. Every day a tractor passes by to clean the beach but unfortunately I must say that the attendant cleans without care and meticulousness. It is already much better than the average ... But for excellence it would only take a cure that only if everyone does his job well is obtained.

Strand, Wasser perfekt. Der Sandstrand, ins Meer flach abfallend, wird täglich gereinigt. Das Meerwasser ist sauber und für Klein und Groß unbeschwert zugänglich. Wasserqualität und Strand kann sich aber bei Sturm, Wellengang, nachts ändern. Eigentlich täglich am Morgen überraschend, aber keine gravierenden Änderungen - Natur eben.
Die andere Seite ist, die parallel zum Strand verlaufenden Straßen (beide!).
Höllenlärm von Mopeds, Mofas, Motorrädern und Autos. Eigentlich alles was einen Verbrennungsmotor hat, knattert und brummt bis in den nächsten Tag hinein. Bis teilweise 3.00h morgens.
Wer dort eine Unterkunft gemietet hat, wird keinen richtigen Urlaub genießen können. (Betrifft nur Deutsche und Die, die es ruhig haben wollen...)
Die Italiener ticken da etwas anders... (-;
Die anliegende Eisenbahn läuft mit E-Lok. Sehr Leise!
AUGUST 2020:
Beach, perfect water. The sandy beach, gently sloping into the sea, is cleaned daily. The sea water is clean and easily accessible for young and old. The water quality and the beach can change during storms, waves and at night. Actually every day in the morning surprising, but no major changes - just nature.
The other side is the streets that run parallel to the beach (both!).
Infernal noise from mopeds, mopeds, motorcycles and cars. Actually everything that has an internal combustion engine rattles and buzzes into the next day. Until sometimes 3:00 a.m.
Anyone who has rented accommodation there will not be able to enjoy a real vacation. (Only concerns Germans and those who want it quiet ...)
The Italians think a little differently ... (-;
The adjacent railway runs with an electric locomotive. Very quiet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia bellissima, che si estende per diversi chilometri, affacciandosi nel meraviglioso golfo di Castellammare. In diversi punti ci sono accessi verso il mare, per lo più con spiaggia libera. Sono presenti anche strutture private e un albergo.
Beautiful beach, which stretches for several kilometers, overlooking the wonderful Gulf of Castellammare. In several points there are accesses to the sea, mostly with a free beach. There are also private facilities and a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lunghissima distesa di sabbia morbida e chiara. L’acqua pulita e bassa per molti metri. Non c’è gente, tranquilla e ideale per rilassarsi! Consiglio vivamente per un vero relax al mare! È la stessa spiaggia di Balestrate e del Golfo. ?
Very long stretch of soft and clear sand. The water is clean and shallow for many meters. There are no people, quiet and ideal for relaxing! I highly recommend for a real relaxation by the sea! It is the same beach of Balestrate and the Gulf. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia lunga, sabbia dorata fine. Larghezza variabile, intorno a 30 o 40 metri. Purtroppo linea ferrata che divide la spiaggia dalla statale, stradella "sotto linea" stretta ma percorribile. Accessi al mare dalla stradella frequenti...mare mediamente calmo e pulito. Nelle giornate con mare calmissimo e caldo è possibile trovare un po' d'alga...ma nulla di preoccupante. Mediamente non affollata, tranne che nei lidi, che si concentrano nelle zone "Battigia", "Canalotto", "Windsurf". Complessivamente esperienza positiva. Super consigliata.
Long beach, fine golden sand. Variable width, around 30 or 40 meters. Unfortunately, a railway line that divides the beach from the main road, a narrow but passable road "under the line". Frequent accesses to the sea from the small road ... average calm and clean sea. On days with very calm and warm sea it is possible to find some seaweed ... but nothing to worry about. Not crowded on average, except in the beaches, which are concentrated in the "Battigia", "Canalotto", "Windsurf" areas. Overall positive experience. Super recommended.
