★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little pebble beach by the bridge where you can sit and eat. Be careful with the young children as there is no protection from the water. There's no picnic area but a bench. Dogs are admitted on a leash.

It’s clean, people are sitting wherever the shade covers them enjoying the view. The area is not big enough for everyone to have large picnics but a towel and book bag seems enough.
I sat by the rapids on the rocks and dipped my feet in. That water is cold and refreshing! Further down where the water calms down I saw people jumping in. It must be deep enough but the water sure is cold!
An amazing time and will definitely visit again!
