★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 14/02/2020 mi sono recata alla sede CGIL di via Mazzini in Livorno per informazioni. L'ufficio era aperto e c'erano delle persone all'interno. Un'impiegata, penso, in maniera molto scortese mi ha detto che l'ufficio era chiuso. Ho guardato l'ora: 12.01. Non mi ero resa conto dell'orario altrimenti non sarei proprio entrata. Dal personale di un sindacato che difende i diritti e offre servizi ai pensionati (tra l'altro) si auspicherebbe un modo di approcciare l'utente più "accogliente". Ho già utilizzato i servizi di questo CAF e ho sempre trovato una signora gentilissima e disponibilissima, ecco perché oggi sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal modo in cui sono stata messa alla porta.
Today 02/14/2020 I went to the CGIL headquarters in via Mazzini in Livorno for information. The office was open and there were people inside. A clerk, I think, very rudely told me that the office was closed. I looked at the time: 12.01. I had not realized the time otherwise I would not have really entered. From the staff of a union that defends rights and offers services to pensioners (among other things), a more "welcoming" way of approaching the user would be desired. I have already used the services of this CAF and I have always found a very kind and very helpful lady, that's why today I was particularly impressed by the way I was put at the door.
