Dispiace che il banco salumi non sia provvisto del numero "tocca a me". Faccio presente che il 24/12/2019 sono stato oggetto di prevaricazione da parte di un avventore che pur non essendo in fila ha preteso d'essere servito per primo. Il tutto è successo nel negozio sito in via San Francesco. Devo dire che da parte della responsabile ho avuto pieno sostegno ma subire un fatto del genere lascia il segno. Vi prego per il futuro di dotarvi del sistema "tocca a me" onde evitare spiacevoli situazioni. Gli acquisti nei vostri locali devono essere effettuati in tranquillità e sicurezza. Hello, Mr.. Giuseppe Losito. I congratulate you for the great professionalism of your staff. The prices are great, as the quality. I'm sorry that the deli counter is not equipped with the "it's up to me" number. I would like to point out that on 24/12/2019 I was subjected to abuse by an patron who, although not in line, claimed to be served first. All this has happened in the store located in Via San Francesco. I must say that from the manager I had full support but suffering such an event leaves its mark. For the future I beg you to equip yourself with the "it's up to me" system to avoid unpleasant situations. Purchases in your premises must be made in peace and security.
