Ho speso diverse centinaia di euro per le loro scarpe, e come mi hanno trattato? malissimo! ho effettuato un ordine online che con il tempo non mi ha soddisfatto per la qualità della pelle ( una sorta di pelle acrilicata che crea tante pieghe), e loro cosa hanno fatto? mi hanno bloccato l'account. Alla faccia che il cliente il ha sempre ragione. Hanno perso un ottimo cliente. The relationship with the customer is really bad.
