★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il miglior pollo arrosto che abbia mai mangiato, rigorosamente cucinato in forno a legna, rispetto ai forni a gas o elettrici ha tutto un'altro sapore, anzi direi che non c'è proprio paragone.
Oltre al classico pollo, c'è anche la possibilità di scegliere il pollo alla diavola, solo cosce di pollo, conigli, quaglie ecc.. sempre in forno a legna.
Eccezionali anche i primi, secondi e contorni di carne e pesce della nostra tradizione Siciliana.
Personale gentilissimo e prezzi davvero modici.

In addition to the classic chicken, there is also the possibility to choose the deviled chicken, only chicken legs, rabbits, quail etc. .. always in a wood oven.
The first, second and side dishes of meat and fish of our Sicilian tradition are also exceptional.

All'interno è possibile scegliere tra diverse pietanze tra primi e secondi di carne rossa, bianca e pesce.
I prezzi sono contenuti e la qualità è buona.
Sicuramente una garanzia se si vuole gustare delle pietanze cucinate come se fossero fatte a casa.
