★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pizza è così buona che il fine settimana è preferibile prenotare. L attesa è sempre tanta. Per averle, le pizze ad domicilio è un impresa telefono sempre occupato oppure non rispondono perché occupato con i clienti. Tutto questo per dire che vale la pena attendere perché è molto buona.

Anche quando ci sono poche persone devi aspettare più di 30 minuti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizze ottime, prezzo idem... Ma dovrebbero gestire meglio le ordinazioni delle consegne a domicilio.
Ho prenotato per le 20 e sono arrivate alle 21:30.
Vi conviene cambiare metodo di accettazione della prenotazioni perché se prendete 10 prenotazioni allo stesso orario, il rischio ritardo è inevitabile, ma il cliente ha il diritto di saperlo.
Se mi avessero detto che avevano altre prenotazioni per le 20 e che c'era da attendere, sarebbe stato meglio, mi sarei organizzata diversamente nell'attesa (soprattutto se hai ospiti) ed invece,no. Sembra una grande mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti ed è un peccato perché i prodotti sono veramente buoni.
È la seconda volta che succede. La prima volta ho aspettato 3/4 d'ora e la seconda 1ora e mezza.
È chiaro che bisogna un attimo riorganizzare il servizio.
Non è una critica distruttiva, ve la scrivo per darvi uno spunto per migliorare.
Migliorato questo servizio, diventa tutto perfetto.
Se per voi le tempistiche non hanno importanza, consigliatissimo!

I booked for 8pm and they arrived at 9.30pm.
You should change the method of accepting reservations because if you take 10 reservations at the same time, the risk of delay is inevitable, but the customer has the right to know.
If they had told me that they had other reservations for 8pm and that there was a wait, it would have been better, I would have organized myself differently while waiting (especially if you have guests) and instead, no. It seems like a great lack of respect towards customers and it's a shame because the products are really good.
This is the second time this has happened. The first time I waited 3/4 of an hour and the second 1 hour and a half.
It is clear that we need to reorganize the service for a moment.
It is not a destructive criticism, I am writing it to give you an idea for improvement.
Improved this service, everything becomes perfect.
If timing doesn't matter to you, highly recommended!

Every time I ordered pizzas from them (more than 10x) they always arrive to my place at least 20 minutes later than they promise (Today they arrived 40 minutes later). I was waiting for more than 30 minutes in the street. And they still have the nerve to call themselves "Speedy pizza"... ??♂️ ("Slow Pizza" would fit them better... ?)
This was the last time I order from this Pizzeria.
There are much better Pizzerias in the area with much more responsible and costumer caring people in charge, in the same area...
If you order here, you'd better seat well and relax, because you are going to wait a lot.
