Mi hanno riparato il cellulare in un paio d'ore e a un prezzo davvero modico: fattori essenziali se sei un fuorisede con esigenza di comunicare e soprattutto con pochi soldi!!! Staff quite friendly and clear about the quote. They repaired my cell phone in a couple of hours and at a very modest price: essential factors if you are an outsider with a need to communicate and above all with little money !!!

Il giorno seguente li ho chiamati e il cellulare era stato riparato; mi hanno presentato il conto senza preventivo. Ho fatto notare che il preventivo non era stato fornito e che il conto superava di poco il budget che mi ero prefissato. Mi hanno risposto che se volevo riportavano il cellulare allo stato iniziale (non funzionante). Ho preferito pagare, ma, secondo me, non sono stati corretti. I brought my phone not working (sim not recognized), they told me that the next day they would give me a quote. The next day I called them and the phone was repaired; they presented the bill to me without a quote. I pointed out that the budget had not been provided and that the bill was just above the budget I had set. They replied that if I wanted to bring the phone back to the initial state (not working). I preferred to pay, but in my opinion, they have not been corrected.

Ho lasciato il mio telefono inutilmente per più di due settimane. Quando finalmente arriva il tanto agognato display, si rende conto che non è compatibile. A quanto pare non ha cosi bisogno di lavorare. A MAI PIU A MAI PIU +++AGGIORNAMENTO+++ Portandolo in un altro centro assistenza mi è stato detto che il telefono era stato precedentemente aperto e ulteriormente danneggiato, da qualcuno che a quanto pare nemmeno sa aprire un telefono. Dopo continui e vari sollecii sono riuscito ad avere un piccolo e minimo rimborso. Poca e scarsa professionalità. :( The product to fix was kept assuring me that he would call me. After days, I call him and he tells me he can't find him anymore. After continuous and various sollecii I managed to get a small and minimal refund. Little and little professionalism. :(

Dopo due mesi si è rotto di nuovo ma, ovviamente, non era coperto da garanzia perché il telefonino era caduto e la garanzia non copre la rottura ma solo i difetti di fabbrica. Mi chiedo: capita sempre che il telefonino cada, no? Lo schermo originale , nonostante le diverse cadute, è durato quattro anni, questo riparato si è rotto dopo due mesi. Qualcosa che non quadra c'é. Morale: 140 euro buttati. Mobile phone screen changed: 140 euros. After two months it broke again but, obviously, it was not covered by the warranty because the phone was dropped and the warranty does not cover breakage but only factory defects. I wonder: it always happens that the phone falls, right? The original screen, despite several falls, lasted four years, this repaired one broke after two months. There is something wrong. Moral: 140 euros thrown away.
