★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono incappato in questo appartamento per caso, e contrariamente ad ogni mia aspettativa, me ne sono innamorato, era vecchio e aveva bisogno di parecchi lavori, ma l'ho sin da subito sentito mio.. Mi piaceva.
Mi sono rivolto subito a Speed Casa e col senno di poi non potevo fare scelta migliore.
Le immagini che seguono parlano da sole.
I lavori sono stati tantissimi, velocissimi ed eseguiti con estrema precisione. Le scelta dei capitolati infiniti, proposte e disegni altrettanti.
Ho trovato inoltre professionalità nella parte documentale, hanno pensato a tutto loro (cila e ristrutturazione).
E poi c'è lei.. Sabrina Gecchele.
Unica ed inimitabile. Ha capito subito i miei gusti, mi ha seguito in tutte le fasi da quella iniziale del preventivo, ai sopralluoghi sul cantiere quasi quotidiani. Ha sopportato e supportato le mie richieste infinite, e stravolto i piani di tutti per farmi felice almeno un centinaio di volte. A lei va il mio grazie più sentito.
Classe, eleganza, professionalità, solarità e cordialità fanno di lei la professionista di cui tutti dovrebbero "disporre" nelle pratiche di ristrutturazione così complesse.
Ancora grazie a tutto il team di avermi aiutato a concretizzare il mio sogno!
 I stumbled upon this apartment by chance, and contrary to all my expectations, I fell in love with it, it was old and needed a lot of work, but I immediately felt it was mine .. I liked it.
I immediately turned to Speed Casa and in hindsight I couldn't have made a better choice.

The works were many, very fast and carried out with extreme precision. The choice of infinite specifications, proposals and designs as many.
I also found professionalism in the documentary part, they thought of everything (cila and restructuring).
And then there is her .. Sabrina Gecchele.
Unique and inimitable. He immediately understood my tastes, he followed me in all the phases from the initial one of the estimate, to the almost daily site inspections. He endured and supported my endless requests, and upset everyone's plans to make me happy at least a hundred times. My heartfelt thanks go to her.
Class, elegance, professionalism, sunshine and cordiality make her the professional everyone should "have" in such complex restructuring practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti alla filiale di Castel D' Azzano per rifare il bagno.
Il commerciale di riferimento Mattia, è uscito in tempi rapidi ad eseguire il sopralluogo e nel giro di 4, 5 giorni siamo stati da loro in ufficio per la consegna del preventivo. I lavori sono andati bene secondo quanto ci aspettavamo, sia nel budget che nella realizzazione. Ci sono state dati anche dei consigli utili se in futuro vorremmo sostituire la caldaia con una di nuova generazione. Lo consiglierei !
We turned to the branch of Castel D 'Azzano to redo the bathroom.
The reference salesman Mattia, came out quickly to carry out the inspection and within 4, 5 days we were in their office for the delivery of the quote. The work went well according to what we expected, both in the budget and in the realization. We have also been given useful advice if in the future we would like to replace the boiler with a new generation one. I would recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quest’anno ho acquistato un appartamento a Castel d’azzano che era completamente da ristrutturare e per i lavori mi sono rivolto a loro. Mi hanno rimesso a nuovo impianti, muri, pavimenti e bagno. Devo ammettere che sono pignolo ed esigente infatti in corso d’opera ho fatto fare una variante nel posizionamento della caldaia per avere la zona giorno completamente open space e devo dire che sia il capo cantiere che il commerciale mi sono venuti dietro bene per soddisfare al meglio le mie esigenze! I prezzi e i tempi che mi avevano garantito sono stati rispettati nonostante la modifica richiesta per cui bravi.
Quando sono entrato in casa ho dovuto contattare il commerciale Mattia per delle piccole manutenzioni tipo quello della caldaia che andava regolata per la stagione. Devo dire molto disponibile ad ascoltare e capire e reattivo nel supportarmi nella problematica.
Leggendo le recensioni inizialmente avevo qualche dubbio perché alcune erano non positive ma devo dire la mia esperienza con loro è stata positiva per cui consiglio vivamente!
This year I purchased an apartment in Castel d’azzano that was completely to be restored and I turned to them for the work. They have refurbished my systems, walls, floors and bathroom. I must admit that I am picky and demanding in fact during construction I made a variation in the positioning of the boiler to have the living area completely open space and I must say that both the site manager and the salesperson came after me well to best satisfy my needs! The prices and the times they had guaranteed me were respected despite the requested change so good.
When I entered the house I had to contact the commercial Mattia for some minor maintenance such as that of the boiler that had to be regulated for the season. I have to say very willing to listen and understand and responsive in supporting me in the problem.
Reading the reviews initially I had some doubts because some were not positive but I have to say my experience with them was positive so I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a Speed casa Castel d'Azzano per alcuni lavori in una casa monofamiliare (rifacimento completo di un bagno, parziale ristrutturazione di un secondo bagno, isolamento vani termosifoni ed esecuzione di pittura termica su alcune pareti della struttura)
Il nostro primo contatto è stato con Sabrina che ci ha accompagnati per tutta la pratica dei lavori, dal sopralluogo al calcolo del preventivo iniziale, alla scelta dei materiali da utilizzare (presso lo showroom di Colognola ai Colli dove si trova un'ampia scelta di materiali e stili) con grande professionalità, molta pazienza e assoluta disponibilità in ogni situazione
I lavori sono stati eseguiti nel rispetto dei tempi e dei preventivi previsti sotto la guida scrupolosa, sempre presente ed amichevole del capocantiere Mirko
Da non addetti ai lavori, e con pochissimo tempo per seguire di persona i lavori, abbiamo apprezzato la coordinazione delle varie squadre di professionisti coinvolti (muratori,idraulici,posatori..), tutti professionali e disponibili. Sottolineo il valore aggiunto di potersi avvalere e fidare anche da "remoto" (a causa di impegni di lavoro e familiari), di una squadra eterogenea ma molto ben coordinata, capace anche di far fronte a molti imprevisti, sia tecnici che burocratici (anche a causa nostra per disattenzione)
Ci rivolgeremo sicuramente a loro per eventuali nuovi lavori

Our first contact was with Sabrina who accompanied us throughout the work process, from the inspection to the calculation of the initial estimate, to the choice of materials to be used (at the Colognola ai Colli showroom where there is a wide choice of materials and styles) with great professionalism, a lot of patience and absolute availability in every situation
The works were carried out in compliance with the deadlines and estimates provided under the scrupulous, ever-present and friendly guidance of the foreman Mirko
As non-professionals, and with very little time to personally follow the work, we appreciated the coordination of the various teams of professionals involved (bricklayers, plumbers, installers ..), all professional and available. I underline the added value of being able to use and trust even remotely (due to work and family commitments), of a heterogeneous but very well coordinated team, also able to cope with many unforeseen events, both technical and bureaucratic (also for our cause for inattention)
We will certainly turn to them for any new jobs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anno scorso abbiamo acquistato casa da ristrutturare completamente e ci siamo affidati alla sede di castel d'Azzano su consiglio di amici. Dopo qualche problema iniziale e qualche ritardo nei lavori, dovuti anche a questo momento difficile, che hanno portato ad una consegna posticipata della casa, i risultati hanno superato le aspettative. Con il direttore dei lavori Mirko, c'è stata subito un'intesa in quanto ad ogni richiesta è sempre riuscito a trovare una soluzione. Anche con la commerciale Sabrina, c'è stata un'intesa e una piena disponibilità per i pagamenti ed un super trattamento economico. Siamo molto soddisfatti ed è per questo che lo consigliamo vivamente.
Last year we bought a house to completely renovate and we relied on the Castel d'Azzano office on the advice of friends. After some initial problems and some delays in the works, also due to this difficult moment, which led to a postponed delivery of the house, the results exceeded expectations. With the construction manager Mirko, there was an immediate agreement as he always managed to find a solution for every request. Even with the commercial Sabrina, there was an understanding and full availability for payments and super economic treatment. We are very satisfied and that is why we highly recommend it.

Un plauso va a due ragazzi che con competenza e professionalità si sono messi a mia disposizione aiutandomi nelle varie fasi dell 'opera esaurendo le mie esigenze rispettando i tempi di lavoro finito. Finiti anche i lavori del 110% ( cappotto infissi tetto fotovoltaico con batterie di accumulo ) tutto molto bello ed eseguito da personale molto valido in maniera perfetta. Un grande plauso ai direttori dei lavori Alberto Passarini ed alla commerciale Sabrina Gecchele che hanno supportato le mie richieste e seguito costantemente il cantiere. Grazie anche all'amico architetto Dino Orsato ed al direttore Cordioli Francesco dell' Unionservice srl di Castel d'Azzano che hanno gestito con grande professionalita' tutto il piano economico ( con lo sconto in fattura applicato direttamente da loro) e tutta la parte progettuale. Consiglio a tutti la collaborazione con Unionservice srl .
I relied on Speed casa for the renovation of an old apartment that now looks like a new one. An applause goes to two guys who, with competence and professionalism, made themselves available to me, helping me in the various phases of the work, exhausting my needs while respecting the finished work times. Also finished the 110% works (coat of photovoltaic roof fixtures with storage batteries) all very nice and perfectly executed by very valid staff. A big applause to the directors of the works Alberto Passarini and to the commercial Sabrina Gecchele who supported my requests and constantly followed the construction site. Thanks also to the architect friend Dino Orsato and to the director Francesco Cordioli of Unionservice srl of Castel d'Azzano who managed the whole economic plan with great professionalism (with the discount on the invoice applied directly by them) and all the planning part. I recommend to everyone the collaboration with Unionservice srl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono affidata a speed casa per ristrutturare il bagno e l'impianto elettrico di una casa degli anni 60. I lavori sono finiti con più di due mesi di ritardo. Una volta che per l'impresa il lavoro era finito se ne sono andati lasciando molti lavori a metà. I lavori sono stati fatti in maniera sbrigativa e superficiale perché il team si destreggiava tra un cantiere e l'altro a giorni alterni. Nell'impianto elettrico non sono state fatte metà delle cose accordate sul compito e se non mi fossi imputata mi avrebbero fatto pagare il prezzo pieno del preventivo. Ho perso una giornata per accordare il computo con l'elettricista, per poi non essere minimamente seguito. Inoltre alle mie richieste di sistemare gli errori ho sempre ricevuto risposte scortesi e stizzite, tanto che alla fine ho deciso di farmi scalare i soldi dal totale e sistemare da sola le negligenze di questi "professionisti".
I relied on speed casa to renovate the bathroom and the electrical system of a house from the 60s. The works were finished more than two months late. Once the work was done for the company they left, leaving many jobs unfinished. The work was done in a hasty and superficial way because the team juggled between one construction site and another every other day. In the electrical system, not half of the things agreed on the task were done and if I had not been charged they would have made me pay the full price of the estimate. I wasted a day to settle the calculation with the electrician, only to be not followed at all. In addition to my requests to fix the errors I have always received rude and angry answers, so much so that in the end I decided to have my money deducted from the total and to fix the negligence of these "professionals" by myself.
