★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to send my box with this company, SPEDIREADESSO, but sincerely don’t use it. They let me wait to take my box 6 days blocking me at home for 6 days from 9am to 6pm. UNBELIEVABLE. Also they are not clear about all the paper that you need now to send box from UK. I SINCERELY RECOMMEND TO DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND ALSO I M STILL WAITING FOR REFOUND. BAD BAD BAD BAD SHAME SHAME ON YOU SPEDIREADESSO COMPANY!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a courier but just a broker, my parcel was lost in April 2020, for a couple a weeks they pretended they were waiting to receive infos from GLS (the actual courier). I discovered myself that the parcel was picked up in UK by another one (DPD) and that it was delivered in Paris at a different address instead of Rome. Then, these crooks at Spedireadesso simply stopped answering my calls and mails. I have arranged myself to recover the parcel in Paris, at my expenses.
Sending a parcel through them is like making a bet. If something goes wrong you have no hope to fix it. Stay away from them if you care about your stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the deliverers didn't have any identification, but I still had to hand it in blindly and believe it. However package arrived three days after delivery (ITA-DEU), all right. Don't put too fragile things inside (pack well)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unreliable service. The phantom courier never showed up on the day of pickup. So for over a week I spent my time rescheduling the shipment by email with customer service (wasting time and energy just shipping a package) for the next day. But the courier continues to not show up, which is not fair to the people who stay home to entrust the package to the courier. Exasperated I ask for at least a refund which I was not granted, in fact I was offered for the thousandth time to reschedule the shipment. I lost my money, my time and my energy trying to get from “spedire adesso” the service I paid for, without receiving adequate assistance or a concrete solution, so I had to send the package in another way. I will certainly never again turn to “spedire adesso” for any kind of service since I consider this site a real fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE BEST shipping company EVER!! 5 days from boxes collection at my door in Tuscany to home delivery at my door in London! 3 x 30kgs boxes sent this time in two shippings.
