Un punto di riferimento in zona molto comodo, pur non avendo una offerta ampia e completa sulla vastità dei prodotti di questa categoria ripaga con l'attenzione al cliente, la cortesia e la possibilità di poter ordinare dopo consiglio il prodotto giusto. M	Max Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto esperienza negativa dal proprietario che oltretutto oggi mi ha bestemmiato al telefono !!! oltre che ho speso per minimo 700 eu per equipaggiamenti per mio figlio alle prime armi fidandomi dello stesso proprietario , nel fare un update di un fucile non comprato nel suo negozio, ha fatto un macello!!! nel ritirarlo nemmeno andava piu!!! ci ha fatto aspettare fuori al suo negozio per 45 minuti e poi nemmeno funzionava piu'.... me l'ha stornato .....e pensando in buona fede che per essere suo cliente assiduo finisse qua...invece pretende gli ingranaggi del suo operato che come scritto nemmeno funziona piu!!! SCONSIGLIATO ! NON SERIO E PREZZI ELEVATI RISPOSTA AL PROPRIETARIO: CARO VITTORIO NON TI DEVO NIENTE OLTRETUTTO VALUTA BENE LE TUE AZIONI PERCHE ANCHIO PRENDENDERO PROVVEDIMENTI ALL ASSOCIAZIONE CONSUMATORI ,OLTRE CHE LEGALI ! SE LA DEVI DIRE TUTTA ME LO DOVEVI DIRE TE : TI STORNO LA RIPARAZIONE E MI DEVI RIPORTARE IL FUCILE! INVECE SONO STATO IO A DIRTELO ! Vittorio, il proprietario, è una persona appassionata e si vede: è sempre molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e ha sempre molta pazienza con le domande che gli pongo! Best airsoft shop in Rome, well stocked and with excellent value for money; I got my entire airsoft equipment here and I have never regretted it, my rifle is like new even after 2 years. The owner is very kind and always has a lot of patience with the questions I ask him!
