Consiglio soprattutto lo speck ed i canederli artigianali, che sono di sicuro i più buoni tra quelli che io e i miei amici abbiamo potuto assaggiare finora nella zona. Se vi capita di passare per Peio (almeno) una sosta alla Speck Haus è assolutamente d'obbligo!
In this butcher's shop they sell really good local products. I especially recommend the speck and the artisanal dumplings, which are certainly the best among those that my friends and I have been able to taste in the area so far. If you happen to pass through Peio (at least) a stop at the Speck Haus is absolutely a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tappa fondamentale per chi passa o soggiorna a Pejo Terme. Macelleria con carne ed affettati di produzione propria. Qualità davvero eccellente. Ottima la carne salada, la salsiccia di cervo e di capriolo e soprattutto lo speck. Personale cordiale e gentile. Possibilità di mettere sotto vuoto gli affettati acquistati di modo che si conservino più a lungo. Prezzi leggermente sopra la media ma per la qualità proposta ne vale davvero la pena.
An essential stop for those who pass or stay in Pejo Terme. Butchery with meat and cold cuts of own production. Really excellent quality. Excellent salada meat, venison and venison sausage and especially speck. Friendly and polite staff. Possibility to put purchased cold cuts under vacuum so that they last longer. Prices slightly above average but for the quality offered it is really worth it.
