Ho contattato il negozio mediante Instagram ed hanno impiegato due giorni per farmi sapere un prezzo poi pretendevano, in maniera sgarbata ed arrogante, che rispodessi immediatamente alla lora risposta. L'addetto/a a gestire il sito Instagram veramente scortese e maleducato/a. considerando che era la prima volta che li contattavo. Chi gestisce il negozio dovrebbe mettere gente competente se poi è il proprietario/a ancora peggio. Dopo tanti acquisti su Instagram è la prima volta che mi capita una cosa così spiacevole. Forse dovrebbero ricordare il detto : "Il cliente ha sempre ragione". My experience is really bad. I contacted the shop via Instagram and they took two days to let me know a price and then they demanded, in a rude and arrogant way, that I immediately reply to their reply. The employee managing the Instagram site is really rude and rude. considering it was the first time I contacted them. Le indico quello che mi interessava, ma niente arrivava a vestire la mia taglia, il punto però non è questo magari, anzi sicuramente trattano brand che arrivano a max 42?(e le curvy? Mah) il punto è la freddezza con cui mi ha liquidato questa signora, senza nemmeno preoccuparsi di farmi vedere altro o di scusarsi.
