★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA, ho fatto un ordine di un lampadario e 2 lumetti, l'indomani mattina, che era di Sabato, ho chiamato per disdire solo il lampadario, perchè me l'ho avevano già regalato, ma il proprietario mi ha risposto che avevano addirittura già spedito, ( che immediatezza), e non potevo disdettare piu'. Conclusione, ci ho rimesso 50€ perchè, non mi ha voluto dare solo quelle, inventandosi di averle rimesse per riportare indietro il mio ordine, da sottolineare ancora una volta, che già l'indomani avevo chiamato per disdire. Sottolineo, per chiunque conosca la legge io ho il diritto di recesso entro sette giorni.
NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE, I made an order of a chandelier and 2 lamps, the next morning, which was Saturday, I called to cancel only the chandelier, because I had already given it to me, but the owner replied that they even had already sent, (what immediacy), and I could not cancel anymore. Conclusion, I lost 50 € because he didn't want to give me just those, inventing remittances to bring back my order, to be underlined once again, that already the next day I had called to cancel. I stress, for anyone who knows the law I have the right to withdraw within seven days.
