★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, anzi il servizio proprio inesistente, la signorina parlava al telefono, mentro io educatamente aspettavo davanti alla porta, lei ha continuato a farsi i cavoli suoi, a un tratto si avvicina alla porta(speravo finalmente in un suo cenno) e mi sbatte la porta in faccia, io allibita mi allontano e vado via.
Bad service, indeed the service really non-existent, the young lady was talking on the phone, while I politely waited in front of the door, she continued to mind her own business, suddenly she approaches the door (I was finally hoping for a nod from her) and slams me the door in the face, I am shocked I walk away and go away.

Ho portato il punteggio a 5 stelle dopo aver tastato con mano la loro cortesia e spiegezioni presso la loro sede di trappitello. Molto più soddisfatto di prima. Mi sono ricreduto.
my colleagues spoke very highly of it, however ..... I was a little dissatisfied by calling the phone and asking for information. I took the score to 5 stars after feeling their courtesy and spies at their headquarters in trappitello. Much happier than before. I changed my mind.
