Mi sono trovato benissimo e fa piacere quando si hanno problemi trovare un volto umano che te li risolve in un era dove dobbiamo quasi sempre parlare a call center o peggio cercare di districarci al computer.

I had a great time and it's nice when you have problems finding a human face that solves them for you in an era where we almost always have to talk to call centers or worse try to extricate ourselves from the computer.

Ho fatto il mio primo contratto di fornitura dell’energia elettrica con loro e la signora di una gentilezza falsissima mi ha dato un sacco di informazioni su un’offerta super conveniente promettendo addirittura un 100% di sconto sui primi tre mesi di contratto. Arrivata la prima bolletta che non citava alcuno sconto mi reco da lei per ricevere spiegazioni e mi viene detto di andare dall’agenzia delle entrate per una voce (il 10% della bolletta). Alla fine chiedo ulteriori spiegazioni e si scopre che la promozione in questione era legata ad un altro tipo di contratto sentendomi dire ‘ah no.. ho sbagliato io, scusa è che mi confondo spesso’ cambierò fornitore appena possibile. Exceptional incompetence.
