Mi sono poi recato nuovamente con mia madre in ufficio trovando anche la seconda volta un operatrice gentile e preparata.
Soprattutto preparata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cinzia e la sua collega si sono prodigate non poco per cercare di risolvere una situazione paradossale venuta a crearsi "grazie" al call center che spero si risolva positivamente.
Indipendentemente dal risultato, sono state veramente premurose e comprensive nonche' molto competenti.
Cinzia and her colleague did their utmost to try to resolve a paradoxical situation that arose "thanks" to the call center which I hope will be resolved positively.
Regardless of the outcome, they were truly caring and understanding as well as very competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08/09/2021 Devo ringraziare tutto lo staff del punto Enel Energia di Sestri Ponente che mi ha aiutato a sbloccare la situazione in pochissimi giorni. Persone molto cordiali, pazienti e disponibili, e molto professionali, nonostante la mia “arrabbiatura” per non capire l’intoppo. In 5 giorni dalla presa in carico della pratica di “subentro” gestita dall’ufficio di Sestri, da oggi ho il gas per l’acqua calda (addio docce fredde) e il gas per cucinare.
La mia richiesta iniziale tramite call center da me contattato a inizio agosto era stata gestita male (gestita erroneamente come voltura); situazione bloccata per motivi interni con il proprietario del contatore del gas “piombato” ovvero presente con sigilli per chiusura contratto precedente, che cmq avevo chiaramente segnalato durante la mia richiesta iniziale al call center.
09/08/2021 I have to thank all the staff of the Enel Energia point in Sestri Ponente who helped me to unblock the situation in a few days. Very friendly, patient and helpful people, and very professional, despite my "anger" for not understanding the hitch. In 5 days from taking charge of the "takeover" procedure managed by the Sestri office, from today I have gas for hot water (goodbye cold showers) and gas for cooking.
My initial request through the call center I contacted at the beginning of August was badly handled (incorrectly handled as a transfer); situation blocked for internal reasons with the owner of the gas meter "sealed" or present with seals for closing the previous contract, which cmq I had clearly reported during my initial request to the call center.

Abbiamo trovato uno staff di persone serie e competenti e soprattutto gentilissimi e molto disponibili ?, la Signora Cinzia,che ci ha seguito, ha risolto pure dei cavilli burocratici che ad averli svolti online da soli Vi lascio immaginare quanto tempo e i mal di testa....? che dire grazie ancora siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal servizio quindi Faccio questa recensione x lodare pubblicamente x il servizio....???
