Alla fine mi sono arreso e il contratto l'ho aperto tramite internet senza problemi. Interminable waiting. Solo al termine della lunga attesa l'operatore si degna di dirmi in modo sgarbato che c'era da prendere il numero ( quindi si era ben accorto che non l'avevo), da ritirare davanti all'altro ingresso e riceve una persona appena arrivata!!! Un servizio DEMENZIALE, in attesa di un nuovo alacccio dal 28 gennaio e nessuno si fa trovare, per una pec bisogna attendere 30 gg la risposta e sperando che sia una risposta di soluzione e non di gioco al ping pong.
