Per 3 sabati consecutivi mi reco al punto enel di campiglione e trovo sempre chiuso!...... quando sia in internet, sul sito enel e su Google, è espressamente scritto che il punto è aperto tutti i sabati dalle 08 alle 12! Oggi per la quarta volta vado alle 11 e 30 e trovo gente all interno e la porta chiusa a chiave! Provo ad entrare mentre esce un cliente e con fare arrogante una ragazza, presumibilmente dipendente enel, mi manda via dicendo che è chiuso! Non ho parole! Spero che ci sia un responsabile che mi chiarisca questa situazione! È assurdo, ma siamo in Italia e tutto questo è realtà!
Indescribable situation! For three consecutive Saturdays I go to the point of Enel campiglione and I always closed! ...... when is the internet, on the Enel website and Google is expressly written that the point is open every Saturday from 08 to 12! Today for the fourth time I go to 11:30 and find people inside and the door locked! I try to get out as a customer and arrogant girl, presumably dependent Enel, she sent me away saying it's closed! I have no words! I hope there is a manager who will clarify this situation for me! It is absurd, but we are in Italy and all this is reality!
