★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AGGIORNAMENTO: finalmente dopo 12 mesi l'azienda partner di EnelX ha fatto quello che doveva fare dal inizio solo perché sono stati obbligati o perché sono riusciti mettersi apposto con le certificazioni necessarie.
PS: mi sembra strano che il mio post originale è stato cambiato (ho la coppia del post)
Bruta esperienza con la sostituzione della caldaia perché non rispettano i obblighi contrattuali. Sembra che Enel X Italia non ha una rette di assistenza per il prodotto venduto.
 UPDATE: finally after 12 months the EnelX partner company did what it had to do from the start just because they were forced to or because they managed to get right with the necessary certifications.
PS: It seems strange to me that my original post has been changed (I have the pair of the post)
Brute experience with replacing the boiler because they do not comply with contractual obligations. It seems that Enel X Italia does not have a service fee for the product sold.

It happened to me a couple of times that I had to speak in person with the guys from Enel in Carpi. Always kind and helpful. Lately for their air conditioners. Nothing to say. Keep it up :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se avete bisogno non chiamateli al telefono, non rispondono. Ho provato a telefonare mentre attendevo il mio turno e non squilla nessun telefono dentro l ufficio. E quando ho chiesto come mai non rispondono mi hanno detto che erano le linee erano i tasate dalle troppe chiamate ..... Mah!
If you need to, don't call them on the phone, they won't answer. I tried to call while I was waiting for my turn and no phone rings inside the office. And when I asked why they don't answer they told me that the lines were the lines from too many calls ..... Mah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono stata più volte ed ho sempre avuto la fortuna di trovare ragazze/i preparati e gentili.....poi ovvio che se si riuscisse a spendere meno sarebbe una favola ma quello pultroppo non possono farlo loro. Comunque sono bravi nel loro mestiere!
I have been there several times and I have always had the good fortune to find girls / the prepared and kind ..... then it is obvious that if you were able to spend less it would be a fairy tale but unfortunately they cannot do that. However they are good at their job!
