★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiacente,ho un problema che si porta avanti da 6 mesi ormai,se la prima volta il personale e stato gentile e cortese,ritornando e segnalando di nuovo il problema che nn e stato risolto affatto si e infastidita la consulente,richiedendomi per vari motivi di sistema ritornare piu volte,usando dei modi poco gentili,dopo aver cercato per l’ennesima volta di sistemare anche al telefono con il numero verde ,sempre piu volte,mi hanno sempre rassicurata che e andata a buon fine e di stare tranquilla,ritrovandomi di nuovo con lo stesso problema nella bolletta da pagare,ritornando negli uffici x segnalare il problema non risolto che si porta avanti da 6 mesi,la consulente e stata scortese,infastidita e poco gentile,rivedendomi per l’ennesima volta di persona li,sinceramente vorrei essere rimborsata per tutte le bollete non corrette e cambiare fornitore che ce ne sono di migliori e che ci tengono ad avevere piu clienti nel mercato.
Sorry, I have a problem that has been going on for 6 months now, if the first time the staff was kind and courteous, returning and reporting again the problem that was not solved at all and annoyed the consultant, requesting me for various reasons system to return several times, using the unkind ways, after trying for the umpteenth time to fix the phone with the toll-free number, more and more times, they always reassured me that it went well and stay calm, finding myself new with the same problem in the bill to pay, returning to the offices x report the unresolved problem that has been going on for 6 months, the consultant was rude, annoyed and unpleasant, seeing me for the umpteenth time in person there, I sincerely wish be reimbursed for all incorrect boilers and change suppliers that are better and that keep us from having more customers in the market.
