★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio a tutti. Vista l'incapacità di espletare un servizio banale come una voltura di un contratto e dopo aver fatto due volte la fila perché non bastava ( alla signora ) la documentazione che avevo portato... ho nell'attesa con il telefono e il numero verde, concluso non una ma due volture (gas e luce) prima che arrivasse il mio turno..
 Very bad experience, I do not recommend it to everyone. Given the inability to carry out a trivial service like a contract transfer and having queued twice because it was not enough (for the lady) the documentation I had brought ... I was waiting with the telephone and the toll-free number, concluded not one but two volture (gas and light) before my turn came ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno chiuso Senza un Avviso. Siamo arrivati da Roma contrallando orari di apertura,quando eravamo davanti al portone orario era 1500 . Hanno gia tolto il campanello.
They closed without a warning. We arrived from Rome checking opening hours, when we were in front of the door the time was 1500. They've already removed the bell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un addebito errato sulla bolletta della luce mi sono recata allo spazio Enel dove l’operatore di nome Fabrizio è stato gentilissimo, cortese e disponibile a risolvere il mio problema dandomi tutte le spiegazioni necessarie in modo esauriente e semplice. Avevo prenotato l’appuntamento online è appena arrivata si è scusato per il ritardo con cui mi aveva ricevuta anche se era solo di 10 minuti…..una cortesia così non mi era mai capitata!!!! Che altro posso aggiungere se non che sono felicissima di esserci andata e un Grazie a Fabrizio con i miei complimenti per la sua professionalità,educazione e cortesia che ha dimostrato.
For an incorrect charge on the electricity bill, I went to the Enel space where the operator named Fabrizio was very kind, courteous and available to solve my problem by giving me all the necessary explanations in a comprehensive and simple way. I had booked the appointment online and just arrived he apologized for the delay with which he had received me even though it was only 10 minutes ... .. a courtesy like this had never happened to me !!!!
