Sei dimenticato che ora l'ENEL Ha sostituito il Catasto? E proprio vero ora chiedono anche l'atto notarile, chiedono anche le particelle del Catasto, ora ha sostituito il Catasto. Ma per favore dico all'ENEL ma vendete soltanto ENERGIA non chiedete tante cazzate che mettete in imbarazzo gli utenti, ora per fare un riallaccio con il mio stesso contatore mi richiedono documenti assurdi che nemmeno un Ingegnere informatico ci riuscirebe, figuriamoci una persona anziana come me. R	Rolando Casanova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso valutare zero stelle! Credo che l’ENEL (energia/azienda che NON ti ascolta!) impiega solamente gente che non troverebbero lavoro altrove. Ho fatto un contratto non-residenti e mi chiedevano un numero cellullare (che ammettono non serve per gestire le bollette) per attivare la così detta bolletta on-line. Cosi gliel’ho dato – mio numero cellullare straniero. Poi la stessa lettera ancora una volta dopo 1 mese (!), ok, magari mi sono sbagliato io. Cosi glielo mando ancora una volta. E ricevo la stessa lettera di nuovo. Cosi le chiamo e mi dicono che devo avere un numero italiano – ricordiamo che ho fatto un contratto non-residenti – cioè cara ENEL, non ci sono! Risposta dopo averli chiamati: le bollette devono essere mandati per posta convenzionale… o mi organizzo un cellullare italiano… Carissimi… funziona con la banca, funziona con l’acqua, con il gas, con tutti – siamo nel 21esimo secolo. Ma no, con la ENEL non funziona niente e di queste storie con la ENEL potrei raccontare ancora molto di più. Ritardati! Servizio pessimo, scortesi al telefono. Banda di *!!!! Bisogna aspettare fuori sotto il sole nella speranza che qualcuno si ricordi di aprire la porta. Bigottismo esagerato ed esasperante nei protocolli anti covid in una regione in cui c’è più probabilità di morire colpiti da un fulmine. Biblical waiting times. Appena entrata ho preso il numero, 47 e al tabellone segnava il numero 33, quindi significa che in 1 ora e 30 minuti non sono stati in grado di risolvere i problemi di 14 persone, MA MAGICAMENTE in 10 minuti dopo l'orario di chiusura, con la semplice frase "non possiamo fare nulla" hanno mandato a casa 10 persone a mani vuote. Questo mi fa dedurre solo una semplice cosa, che non hanno voglia di risolvere i problemi dei clienti che attendono inutilmente in sala di attesa ,come ho fatto io, per poi tornare a casa, cercare il numero verde, chiamare e ritrovarsi di nuovo in attesa per una manciata di piselli. Il personale che ci lavora e' svogliato, poco preparato e messo lì a prendere uno stipendio non altro Pure incompetence. Una societá che purtroppo non merita essere riconosciuto dagli italiani! A parte le telefoniste che fanno di tutto per essere gentili ma dietro a questa cortina di fumo si cela un enorme disservizio! La famiglia italiana é vista semplicemente come una fonte di denaro e non c'é assolutamente nessuna umanitá. Puó cambiare mille di nome ma la base é sempre quella: Pura inefficienza. A questo punto devo dire che sono felice di avere conosciuto l'inerzia e l'inutilitá di questa societá poiché mancano solo pochi anni al suo totale tramonto e vedere finalmente su questa Terra le famiglie illuminate e riscaldate con la giusta fonte. Addio Enel! RIP I am forced to do a review here on Google maps because who knows why Trustpilot's official Italian website doesn't work? A company that unfortunately does not deserve to be recognized by the Italians! Apart from the telephone operators who do everything to be kind but behind this smokescreen there is a huge disservice!
