s	silvia colato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andata per richiedere una semplice voltura, mi è stato risposto da una signora che la voltura loro non la fanno e si può fare solo on Line, quando sulla macchinetta che fornisce il numero al cliente c'è scritto che fanno contratti, volture e altro. Rimango basita di fronte a gente che non gli frega di risolvere un problema. La signora insisteva che nessun punto Enel fa le volture. Sono dovuta andare al punto Enel di Pomezia e con 10 minuti mi hanno risolto tutto. A latina, in qualsiasi ufficio vai, non hanno voglia di fare nulla, vergognoso veramente. Ma i responsabili di questi impiegati che fanno? Mai incontrata ad uno sportello una persona scortese come la signora che oggi ha tentato di gestire la mia pratica dicendomi che era normale che dopo più di un mese Enel Energia non mi aveva ancora fatto un primo allaccio. Incompetenza, maleducazione e incapacitá di gestire il rapporto con i clienti finali. The management of customer problems is shameful.
