★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo partiti la scorsa settimana da Portorosa, purtroppo la nostra esperienza non é stata positiva e non utilizzeremo più questo Charter. Con lo staff tutto é andato bene finché non abbiamo "osato" far notare che qualcosa era al di sotto delle richieste (coperti per 10 mentre a bordo eravamo in 12 e spray completamente sporco e cotto). Sicuramente il Charter é serio, ma il servizio lo danno le persone... e la ragazza alla reception ed il dirigente (?) che ci ha accusati di presunta maleducazione solo per aver fatto notare questi dettagli senza dare comunque soluzione alle mancanze ci hanno lasciati a dir poco sorpresi e basiti.
We left last week from Portorosa, unfortunately our experience was not positive and we will no longer use this Charter. With the staff everything went well until we "dared" to point out that something was below the requests (covered for 10 while on board there were 12 and spray completely dirty and cooked). Surely the Charter is serious, but people give the service ... and the girl at the reception and the manager (?) Who accused us of alleged rudeness just for pointing out these details without giving any solution to the shortcomings left us to say the least surprised and thrilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samuele Ci ha fatto pagare al checkout 150 Euro per uno strappo sul paiolo del tender. Quello che so è che il danno già c'era, purtroppo non lo abbiamo visto al check-in. 150 Euro mi sembra VERAMENTE esagerato per un piccolo rattoppo.
Samuele charged us 150 Euros at checkout for a tear on the cauldron of the tender. What I do know is that the damage was already there, unfortunately we didn't see it at check-in. 150 euros seems to me REALLY exaggerated for a small patch.
