Gli istruttori sono dei veri professionisti sempre attenti alle esigenze di noi "spartani", assicurandosi in maniera costante che l'allenamento svolto venga eseguito correttamente. Sono inoltre disponibili in ogni momento ed estremamente precisi. Per quanto riguarda il contesto, a mio parere è un ambiente serio, riservato: non ci sono quei tipi presuntuosi, fissati per il corpo perfetto che ti guardano in modo strano che invece ho incontrato in altre palestre ?. Le sale e gli spogliatoi sono sempre in ordine e perfettamente puliti, e gli orari permettono di allenarsi in qualunque momento, anche la sera a ritorno da lavoro. Consiglio pienamente questa palestra. Ne avevo altre più vicine che avrei potuto frequentare, ma ho scelto questa senza battere ciglio e non me ne sono pentita un attimo ?. La palestra é pulita sempre e ti garantisce ottimi risultati fisici,sono istruttori molto seri e professionali. Sia Fabio che gli allenatori hanno esperienza nel campo,forniscono di attrezzature professionali, aggiungendo dieta ed allenamento personalizzato. Sono qui da 3 mesi e già vedo tantissimi risultati.
