We have had an account with the Sparkasse in Bardolino for a few years and are very satisfied with the support from the German-speaking employee. Very friendly and helpful and she responds and helps very quickly. Great praise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich bin zufrieden! aufmerksamer Service, man spricht sogar deutsch. Hatte mal meine EC Karte im Automaten vergessen, die wurde aber sofort gefunden und mir dies per email mitgeteilt und dann sichergestellt. Einziger Minuspunkt: kleiner, enger Parkplatz (was aber typisch ist für Italien, und grade hier am See!). Die Corona Regeln werden gut eingehalten.
I am happy! Attentive service, they even speak German. Once I forgot my EC card in the machine, but it was found immediately and I was informed of this by email and then secured. The only downside: small, narrow parking lot (which is typical for Italy, and especially here at the lake!). The Corona rules are well adhered to.
