★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile rifarla a nuovo se si passa da 4 sportelli a 2 (e già prima non erano mai aperti contemporaneamente), ora ti dicono che certi pagamenti puoi farteli da casa (e li faccio) oppure da postazioni fai-da-te. Mi chiedo cosa serva la banca a questo punto visto che oltretutto pago pure perchè venga custodito il mio conto. Ulteriore nota dolente: il front office all'ingresso che non ho trovato affatto cortese.
It is useless to do it again if you go from 4 branches to 2 (and before they were never open at the same time), now they tell you that certain payments can be made from home (and I do them) or from do-it-yourself workstations. I wonder what the bank is for at this point since I also pay for my account to be kept. Another sore point: the front office at the entrance which I did not find courteous at all.
