Va detto che io e mia moglie siamo andati là già con le idee chiare su come arredare casa e addirittura avevamo le foto dei mobili che ci piacevano, quindi non posso esprimermi in merito alla capacità di fornire assistenza a persone che partono da zero. Però avevano a catalogo tutti i mobili che avevamo in foto ed anzi hanno saputo darci i giusti consigli per migliorare le nostre idee. Una giornata assolutamente proficua. Eccellente il design assistito al computer con consigli e soluzioni ai problemi da noi presentati, un design che per l’acquisto di una cucina, parete attrezzata, divano e madia ha richiesto 3 - 4 appuntamenti a causa delle nostre indecisioni. In pieno Covid time, la consegna è stata di 50 giorni circa, non molti se si considerano i cicli produttivi di una cucina, oggi dell’ordine anche dei tre mesi. Impeccabile il trasporto con montaggio effettuato da personale di provata esperienza, un aspetto fondamentale che si nota subito con l’installazione della cucina, un’operazione minuziosa e altamente tecnica che richiede competenza, pazienza e precisione. Un episodio che ci ha fatto apprezzare molto l’attenzione verso il cliente è stato quello delle sedie. Dopo la consegna, vista l’originalità delle sedie in legno, abbiamo chiesto di aggiungerne altre due alle quattro del tavolo della cucina. Risultato? Dopo 40 gg ci vengono fornite 2 sedie molto più chiare di quelle in nostra dotazione e dopo ancora 40 gg due sedie molto più scure. Dueelle si è fatto completamente carico del problema dovuto esclusivamente al processo produttivo del fornitore ordinando per noi n. 6 sedie nuove, tutte uguali in sostituzione delle 4 che dopo circa quattro mesi abbiamo provveduto a restituire pagando solo le due sedie aggiuntive.
