Non siamo stati avvisati della necessità del green pass o tampone per l’area SPA (ma in albergo, stesso edificio, non serve) quindi siamo stati mandati via pur avendo prenotato il giorno prima e non ci sia stato riferito nulla a riguardo. Potessi, darei anche 0 stelle.
Very low level of seriousness and quality of service. We were not advised of the need for a green pass or buffer for the SPA area (but in the hotel, the same building, it is not needed) so we were sent away even though we had booked the day before and we have not been told anything about it. If I could, I would also give 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una splendida sorpresa all’interno dell’hotel Excelsior a Pesaro, week end appena trascorso in questa Spa fronte mare molto curata nei particolari. Una vera area relax dove il silenzio è protagonista, le sedute veramente comode e il mare che ti avvolge. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Si può entrare anche se non soggiorni in hotel. Veramente consigliato a chi cerca relax.
A splendid surprise inside the Excelsior hotel in Pesaro, a weekend just spent in this seafront Spa with great attention to detail. A real relaxation area where silence is the protagonist, the truly comfortable seats and the sea that surrounds you. Very nice and professional staff. You can enter even if you don't stay in the hotel. Really recommended for those seeking relaxation.
