…..può succedere!
Ma al ritiro dopo la riparazione trovare la cornice incollata male ( colla che esce dal bordo) e da un altro lato , scollato anche quello, neanche lo hanno guardato.
A distanza dì mesi al porta foto si sono formate dei puntini marroni….. ruggine?!?
Il secondo oggetto era un carillon hanno aperto e unito il meccanismo al perno e richiuso….. quando lo carico impossibile girare il perno e il meccanismo dentro sbatte di qua e di la…. Ritornata in gioielleria me lo hanno cambiato con uno nuovo e non l’ho mai caricato.
Il terzo oggetto non ho avuto il coraggio di guardarlo attentamente se è perfetto perché amareggiata dagli altri 2.
Il carillon é finito dentro al cassetto per non vederlo più. Il porta foto farà la stessa fine, sono sconvolta perché ho altre cornici ( sia argento che dì altri materiali sconosciuti, pagati molto meno ) ma a distanza dì anni sono ancora tali e quali.
Mai avuta un’esperienza così pessima!

…..it can happen!
But on withdrawal after repair, you find the frame badly glued (glue coming out of the edge) and on another side, unglued too, they haven't even looked at it.
A few months later brown dots have formed on the photo frame… .. rust?!?
The second object was a music box. They opened and joined the mechanism to the pin and closed it again… .. when I load it, it is impossible to turn the pin and the mechanism inside slams here and there…. Back in the jewelry store, they changed it for a new one and I never loaded it.
The third object I did not have the courage to look at it carefully if it is perfect because it is embittered by the others 2.
The music box ended up in the drawer to never see it again. The photo holder will do the same thing, I'm upset because I have other frames (both silver and other unknown materials, paid much less) but years later they are still as they are.
Never had such a bad experience!
