Mi è stato detto di mandare una box in assistenza (perché diffetosa), dopo 10 giorni mi è stato detto che la box era stata sistemata, come per magia la box appena arrivata a casa mostrava gli stessi problemi! Ricontatatti mi è stato detto di mandare un video, ricevuto il video mi è stato detto che la box era INTRISA di liquido è che non è stato possibile salvarla. Non contenti i geni mi hanno detto di rimandarla che "provavano a ripulirla"!.. (ovviamente il pacco spedito a carico mio) Dopo avergli risposto, ribadendo la situazione non mi hanno più risposto! QUESTO È IL TRATTAMENTO RISERVATO PER I LORO CLIENTI! Mi impegnerò a sconsigliare a tutti i miei conoscenti questo sito. Shameful after-sales service!
