Le recensioni a suo nome erano molto buone, pertanto ho deciso di affidarmici. E sono molto contenta di averlo fatto! Fin dai primi contatti via mail e al telefono, ho interagito con il Sig. Stefano che si è dimostrato sempre cortese, professionale e paziente. Il minitour a cui ho preso parte mi è piaciuto molto. Hotel Logos a Cracovia, impeccabile. Le guide locali parlanti italiano sono molto competenti. Il taxi per i trasferimenti mi ha servita bene. Complessivamente, un ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Che altro dire? I discovered the SOS Travel agency by pure chance, surfing the net and looking for someone who would organize mini tours to Eastern Europe and especially to Krakow. The reviews to his name were very good, so I decided to trust them. And I'm very glad I did! From the first contacts via email and by phone, I interacted with Mr. Stefano who has always been courteous, professional and patient. I really enjoyed the mini tour I took part in. Hotel Logos in Krakow, flawless. The local Italian speaking guides are very competent. The transfer taxi served me well. Overall, an excellent price / quality ratio. What else to say? Il sito web è molto completo, fornito dei diversi dettagli dei tour e il processo di acquisto semplice e veloce. Già in fase di acquisto è possibile prendere contatto con l'organizzazione tramite telefono, mail o Watsapp ricevendo risposte entro poco tempo. Una settimana prima del tour si ricevono tutti i documenti di viaggio tramite mail. L'organizzazione è stata impeccabile: - i vari trasferimenti sono stati sempre puntuali, con mezzi molto comodi e autisti disponibili e gentili - le guide preparatissime e appassionate alla storia e alla cultura - Hotel Logos (tre stelle), posizionato nel centro storico, è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La struttura è molto elegante, pulizia eccellente, le camere sono spaziose con fornitura per la preparazione di thè e caffè. Unici difetti: la mancanza di una cassetta di sicurezza e la scarsa insonorizzazione. La colazione dolce e salata è ricchissima e completa. - Il pranzo tradizionale polacco incluso nel pacchetto si consuma in un bel ristorante e pulitissimo. Il pasto è molto ricco con diverse pietanze squisite. Ritengo inoltre che per i servizi ricevuti i prezzi sono davvero modesti! The organization was flawless: - the various transfers were always punctual, with very comfortable vehicles and helpful and kind drivers - the guides very well prepared and passionate about history and culture - Hotel Logos (three stars), located in the historic center, has been recently renovated. The structure is very elegant, excellent cleanliness, the rooms are spacious with provision for the preparation of tea and coffee. The only flaws: the lack of a safe and poor soundproofing. The sweet and savory breakfast is very rich and complete. - The traditional Polish lunch included in the package is taken in a nice and very clean restaurant. The meal is very rich with several exquisite dishes. I also believe that the prices for the services received are really modest!
