La squadra era composta da quattro ragazzi di cui pero conosco solo il nome Silvia. Volevo semplicemente ringraziare per la competenza,professionalità, educazione e serietà che hanno attuato per farmi sembrare meno doloroso quello che stavo passando , grazie ancora.

My name is Fabio Zanchetta, I needed an intervention by one of your teams tonight at 9pm. The team was made up of four guys but I only know the name Silvia. I simply wanted to thank them for the competence, professionalism, education and seriousness they have implemented to make me look less painful than what I was going through, thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle 15:00 di oggi 04/08/19 io e mia madre, una donna di 58 anni, ci siamo recati al SOS chiedendo aiuto perché mia madre è volata da una sedia per terra mentre faceva mestieri. Abbiamo comunicato al Dott. Di turno (che già ci ha accolto quasi seccato) che mia madre accusava forte dolore al polso e che poco prima dopo aver rimesso si era sentita male anche con giramenti di testa. Il Dottore ha chiesto se riusciva a muovere il polso a destra e sinistra dopodiché ha detto "non dovrebbe essere fratturato, torni a casa e prenda un Oki o un Brufen. A questo punto abbiamo chiesto se era almeno possibile fare una fasciatura, ma ci é stato detto che "noi qui fasciature non le facciamo, metta un polsino". VERGOGNOSO !!
20/08/19 AGGIORNAMENTO: Tornati in Puglia dopo ulteriore visita ci hanno comunicato che necessita di gesso perché è una frattura scomposta!
At 15:00 today 04/08/19 my mother and I, a 58-year-old woman, went to the SOS asking for help because my mother flew off a chair on the floor while doing jobs. We communicated to the Doctor on duty (who already welcomed us almost annoyed) that my mother suffered severe pain in the wrist and that shortly after having recovered, she felt sick even with dizziness. The Doctor asked if he could move his wrist left and right after which he said "he should not be fractured, go home and take an Oki or a Brufen. At this point we asked if it was at least possible to make a bandage, but there is been said that "we are here bandages do not do, we put a cuff." SHAME !!
20/08/19 UPDATE: Back in Puglia after a further visit they told us that it needs plaster because it is a broken split!
