★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata contattata dopo che ho chiesto un,,'auto in affitto. Mi hanno offerto assistenza nel gestire le pratiche di un sinistro. Non era quello che cercavo alla domanda tutto ok ma a me serve un'auto in affitto mi hanno detto abbiamo anche quella appoggiandoci ad una concessionaria che avevo contattato che non fanno più questo servizio perchè sconveniente loro sostenevano che me la avrebbero data ma in realtà volevano firmassi un mandato ad agire in mio nome e per mio conto percependo una percentuale su eventuale risarcimento che comunque mi era dovuto. La cosa pazzesca è che non li ho contattati io per questo ma loro e non mi serviva essere seguita ma la mia esigenza era diversa da quella che mi hanno proposto
 I was contacted after I asked for a rented car. They offered me assistance in handling claims. It was not what I was looking for at the question everything was ok but I need a rented car they told me we also have that leaning on a dealership that I contacted that they no longer do this service because they disgracefully claimed that they would give it to me but actually wanted I signed a mandate to act in my name and on my behalf, receiving a percentage on any compensation that was due to me. The crazy thing is that I didn't contact them for this but they and I didn't need to be followed but my need was different from the one they offered me
