Eccellente degustazione di cioccolato e rhum al termine della cena. Era la prima volta ma tornerò sicuramente. Super consigliato! We ate very well. Very well maintained place. Excellent suggestions for the wine to match. Excellent chocolate and rum tasting at the end of the dinner. It was the first time but I will definitely be back. Super recommended!

Noi siamo andati con le nostre 2 bimbe (quella di 9 mesi ha potuto stare serenamente a terra a giocare mentre ci gustavamo l'aperitivo, grazie al parquet e all'ampio spazio intorno al tavolino). Abbiamo fatto un ricco aperitivo (tagliere di bresaola e ciauscolo ottimamente conditi e presentati, zuppa di lenticchie) con ottimi bicchieri di vino e uno spritz di rara bontà. Decisamente consigliato! Spacious and welcoming environment, a rarity in the city. Prepared and kind staff. The strong point are the wines, but everything else is not far behind. We went with our 2 girls (the 9-month-old was able to stay peacefully on the ground to play while we were enjoying an aperitif, thanks to the parquet and the large space around the table). We had a rich aperitif (bresaola and ciauscolo platter well seasoned and presented, lentil soup) with excellent glasses of wine and a spritz of rare goodness. Definitely recommended!

Il menù elenca pochi piatti, molti sono insoliti altri di tradizione umbra; l'elenco "corto" è spesso una garanzia di qualità perché indica, secondo me, che in cucina si preferisce fare attenzione alle preparazioni piuttosto che offrire tanto ma di scarsa qualità. La mia idea è avvalorata qui in Sorsi e Bocconi, dove i piatti - ben presentati - sono ottimi e curati fin dalle materie prime. Il punto forte è, ovviamente il vino e i consigli che vengono forniti. The place is very nice and pleasant, a simple but refined and warm atmosphere. The menu lists a few dishes, many are unusual, others of Umbrian tradition; the "short" list is often a guarantee of quality because it indicates, in my opinion, that in the kitchen you prefer to pay attention to the preparations rather than offer a lot but of poor quality. My idea is confirmed here at Sorsi and Bocconi, where the dishes - well presented - are excellent and treated right from the raw materials. The highlight is, of course, the wine and the advice that is provided.

Si addice particolarmente bene alle cene di coppia. Il menù comprende sia proposte di carne che di pesce: personalmente prediligo la variante di mare ma ho avuto modo di assaggiare entrambe e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. La qualità delle materie prime è elevata e la loro lavorazione non è da meno; finalmente ho avuto modo di provare piatti diversi dal solito! Nota di merito anche per la selezione di vini. Andrea è un titolare cordiale, affabile e con tanta voglia di mettersi in gioco. Il suo servizio è preciso e attento senza mai risultare invadente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo senza il benché minimo paragone. The best discovery I think I've ever made in Bologna. Location with refined but informal furnishings, modern style. It is particularly suitable for dinners for couples. The menu includes both meat and fish proposals: I personally prefer the seafood variant but I was able to taste both and was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the raw materials is high and their processing is no exception; I finally got to try different dishes than usual! Note of merit also for the wine selection. Andrea is a friendly, affable owner and with a great desire to get involved. His service is precise and attentive without ever being intrusive. Value for money without the slightest comparison.
S	Samy Khelfa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately one of my worst meals in Italy. Salad seemed straight out of bag, tartare flavourless, meatballs a disappointment. At least the orzotto was just ok, and the wine alright after being cooled. I’d say it’s time for change.

The location is slightly away from the city center, but the wine bar/store has wonderful selection of wine at relatively reasonable prices and excellent food. The owner and staff don't speak much English, but were still very amiable and recommended great glasses of wines to try. The degustation menu was 6 excellent small plates that cost 20 euros- totally reasonable considering that it was almost a small tasting menu.

But really, the headwaiter made the whole experience turn from very good overall to very bad in the space of 15 minutes. He's really really rude. There is no talking with him, he does not even listen to his clients' complaints -- which were not big, simply remarks really. I thought I had discovered a great place. I will never come back.
