In questo caso la casina è ben curata e regolarmente manutenutenuta quindi acqua fresca e buona garantita, naturale e frizzante.
Inoltre la possibilità di parcheggiare facilmente, vicino alla casina fornisce un naturale valore aggiunto, soprattutto in caso di pioggia.
