Onestamente non capisco certe critiche. Probabilmente non rispondono alle e-mail perché di richieste ne hanno molte, vi consiglio di telefonare per ricevere assistenza diretta!
 I bought a house from them: they complied with my requests and followed me up to the notarial deed. High professionalism and competence.
I honestly don't understand certain criticisms. They probably do not respond to e-mails because they have many requests, I recommend you call for direct assistance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di tutto vorrei dire che, un' agenzia immobiliare che non mette foto, riferimenti e dati tecnici delle abitazioni in "vendita", non é molto credibile. Detto ció mi é stato fissato un appuntamento in agenzia e non si é presentato nessuno. Poco professionali e maleducati.. Sconsiglio vivamente di avere rapporti con loro.
First of all I would like to say that, a real estate agency that does not put photos, references and technical data of houses for "sale", is not very credible. Having said that, an appointment was made at the agency and no one showed up. Unprofessional and rude .. I strongly advise against having relationships with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Sig. Paolo dopo avermi dato appuntamento, non si è presentato. Ho atteso invano davanti all'agenzia, e nel frattempo non si è degnato di rispondere al telefono e nemmeno ai messaggi. Ho buttato al vento la mia ora di pausa pranzo correndo da Pordenone a Sacile per niente. Il non presentarsi ad un appuntamento e nemmeno avvisare di un eventuale ritardo oltre che non professionale, è maleducazione.
After meeting me, Mr. Paolo didn't show up. I waited in vain in front of the agency, and in the meantime he did not deign to answer the phone or even the messages. I blew my lunch break time running from Pordenone to Sacile for nothing. Not showing up for an appointment and not even notifying of any delay as well as unprofessional is rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando pubblicano un annuncio senza foto e gli si chiede informazioni non rispondono. Chiami e con una scusa ti liquidano per poi non richiamarti più.
Non professionali e svogliati. Addiosss
When they post an ad without photos and are asked for information, they do not respond. You call and with an excuse they liquidate you and then never call you back.

Il sig. Paolo si e impegnato moltissimo per trovare il giusto acquirente per il mio appartamento e ad ogni appuntamento (preventivamente concordato telefonicamente causa miei impegni di lavoro) era sempre puntuale .
MI sento di consigliare questa agenzia.
Personally I found myself very well.
Mr. Paolo worked hard to find the right buyer for my apartment and at every appointment (previously agreed by phone due to my work commitments) he was always on time.
I can recommend this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto la casa dove sono cresciuto a ragazzi giovani con miei stessi valori, questo è avvenuto per merito di Luca e Rudy, che immergendosi nel territorio hanno individuato un’esigenza e l’hanno saputa colmare. E’ vero che la loro agenzia è anomala rispetto alle altre, e per fortuna, preferiscono valorizzare il rapporto umano e non quello di etichetta, sono riservati, competenti, preparati e schietti nella comunicazione, si interessano di altri aspetti se richiesti e si rendono disponibili per consigli. Consigliata l’agenzia se si cerca un rapporto basato sulla componente umana.

It is true that their agency is anomalous compared to the others, and fortunately, they prefer to enhance the human relationship and not that of etiquette, they are reserved, competent, prepared and frank in communication, they are interested in other aspects if required and make themselves available for advice. The agency is recommended if you are looking for a relationship based on the human component.

Rudy mi ha seguita nella compravendita in ogni dettaglio con molta disponibilità e cortesia. In entrambe ho trovato professionalità e affidabilità. Sono molto soddisfatta.
I turned to the Sorgente agency for the purchase of an apartment. Mr. Paolo immediately understood my needs and showed me exactly what I wanted; Mr. Rudy followed me in the sale in every detail with great availability and courtesy. In both I found professionalism and reliability. I'm very satisfied.

L'annuncio, tutt'ora online, proponeva una villetta indipendente da 200 mq personalizzabile al prezzo di 250k. Di persona, ci hanno proposto una villetta a schiera da 120mq a 270k e una villetta indipendente da 130mq su un lotto di poco più di 600mq a 345k...Assurdo. Non consigliati.
Proposals irrelevant to the ad posted online, which makes me think of a fake. In person, they proposed us a terraced house from 120sqm to 270k and an independent villa of 130sqm on a plot of just over 600sqm to 345k ... Absurd. Not recommended.
