★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cliente affezionata,mi servo in questo store da anni per tutta la famiglia.Oggi dopo una sessione di shopping mi reco in cassa e ahimè,ricevo una spiacevole sorpresa.Per una banale incomprensione,che capisco perfettamente possa avvenire in periodo di saldi,vengo trattata con sufficienza,arroganza e maleducazione dall'addetta alla cassa e dalla commessa che mi aveva servita sommariamente in precedenza.Mi piacerebbe che questo post raggiungesse chi di dovere perché il GRUPPO S. R. non merita di perdere consensi a causa di personale poco propenso al rapporto col pubblico.Grz per l'attenzione
 Loyal customer, I have been using this store for years for the whole family. Today after a shopping session I go to the cashier and alas, I receive an unpleasant surprise. For a trivial misunderstanding, which I perfectly understand can happen during the sales period, I am treated with sufficiency, arrogance and rudeness from the cashier and the saleswoman who had served me summarily previously.I would like this post to reach the right people because the SR GROUP does not deserve to lose consensus due to staff unwilling to interact with the public .Grz for the attention
