L'unica simpatica e gentile è stata Lina. 4 orders, no customers in the shop and no one asked me or my partner if we needed a hand. The only nice and kind was Lina.

Nessuno e dico nessuno (erano 4 commesse, negozio non affollato di clienti) ha chiesto ne a me ne al mio ragazzo se avessimo bisogno di una mano, un consiglio o di un aiuto per cercare le taglie. Così successe anche la volta in cui feci L’ acquisto. Tutto da sola in autonomia. Sono responsabile presso un punto vendita di Milano e per quanto mi riguarda questo atteggiamento è a dir poco inaccettabile, il cliente lo si accoglie salutando e rendendosi disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Io lavoro così. Evidentemente non è da tutti questo lavoro. Per concludere, dopo aver scelto, appoggio i pantaloni in cassa e la commessa ci fa “vi ha aiutato qualcuno per il cambio?” La mia risposta: “NESSUNO CI HA CHIESTO NIENTE”. Quindi mi sento anche presa in giro, tu commessa hai notato che dovevamo “solo” fare un cambio e probabilmente non ne valeva la pena stare dietro a dei clienti che dovevano fare un cambio ma vorrei informarvi su un piccolo particolare, se ci fossero state delle commesse disponibili e gentili avremo sicuramente acquistato altro, senza limitarci a fare un cambio alla pari. Detto ciò, ultima volta che acquisterò in questo negozio! Mai più! I went this afternoon to change two pants. Nobody and I mean nobody (there were 4 shop assistants, shop not crowded with customers) asked me or my boyfriend if we needed a hand, advice or help to find the sizes. The same happened the time I made the purchase. All by itself independently. I am responsible for a store in Milan and as far as I am concerned this attitude is unacceptable to say the least, the customer welcomes him by greeting him and making himself available for anything. I work like this. Obviously, this work is not for everyone. To conclude, after having chosen, I put the pants in the cashier and the saleswoman says "Did someone help you with the change?" My answer: “NO ONE ASKED US FOR ANYTHING”. So I also feel teased, you clerk noticed that we "only" had to make a change and it probably wasn't worth it to keep up with customers who had to make a change but I would like to inform you about a small detail, if there were any available and kind orders we will certainly have purchased more, without limiting ourselves to making an exchange at par. That said, last time I will shop at this shop! Never again!
