G	Giordano Di Carlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materasso acquistato e pagato subito, ma mai consegnato in quanto essendo un'offerta non lo portano fino ai castelli romani..(il commesso non lo ha specificato..e..sul volantino non era presente quest'informazione visto che non tutti i clienti possono essere "di zona"..poi non c'era assolutamente il ritiro dell'usato come specificato nella risposta dal momento che lo ritirerà la ditta della raccolta differenziata con cui già avevo preso accordi!!!! Pura invenzione..assurda come risposta)..sono stato contattato diversi giorni dopo 3-4 ( con 2 telefonate di pomeriggio ma andate a vuoto in quanto lavorando ovviamente non potevo rispondere)..richiamando poi io..quindi perdita di tempo e soldi per il viaggio ..acquistato poi altrove con tempi ormai lunghi..vengo comunque rimborsato..ma mai più!! Formate meglio il vostro personale piuttosto..o quantomeno specificate meglio sul volantino che se una cosa è in offerta e ci sono dei vincoli va specificato..l'ignaro cliente come fa a saperlo altrimenti???!!!.. I was contacted several days later 3-4 (with 2 phone calls in the afternoon but they go in vain as working obviously I could not answer) .. then calling me back .. so waste of time and money for the trip .. bought then elsewhere with long times now .. I am still reimbursed .. but never again !! Train your staff better rather ... or at least specify better on the flyer that if something is on offer and there are constraints it must be specified .. the unsuspecting customer how does he know otherwise ??? !!! ..
