★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato MOLTO MALE. i prodotti sono "cinesate", NON funzionano.
Pesate che li vendono come prodotti che attacchi alla spina e partono, invece io non sono proprio riuscito ad istallarlo, e un po' me ne intendo.
Ho dovuto chiamare un tecnico somfy che neanche lui è riuscito a farlo funzionare. La cosa brutta è che prima di andarsene mi ha chiesto 90 euro e io sono rimasto li con il termostato non funzionante.
Poi è ritornato lo stesso tecnico che con l'aiuto di un operatore telefonico mi ha detto che era il mio modem un po' vecchiotto, che avrei dovuto cambiarlo... beh ho cambiato operatore telefonico che mi ha consegnato un modem di ultima generazione (un mese per avere nuovo contratto telefonico e ho sostenuto costi di disattivazione del vecchio contratto)
Dopo il cambio del modem ritorna un tecnico e ancora non riesce ad istallare il termostato...
beh, che dire, per somfy io ho perso tanto tempo e denaro, vi consiglio vivamente di comprare altri prodotti, ce ne sono di più eleganti e validi, ad esempio la domotica BTICINO.
NON comprate somfy

I found myself VERY BAD. the products are "Chinese", do NOT work.
Weighs that sell them as products that attack on tap and leave, instead I really haven't managed to install it, and I mean a little.
I had to call a technician somfy even he managed to make it work. The bad thing is that before leaving he asked me for 90 euros and I stayed there with the thermostat not working.
Then the same technician returned and with the help of a telephone operator told me that my modem was a bit old, that I should change it ... well I changed the telephone operator who gave me a last generation modem ( a month for telephone contract, I supported the old contract decommissioning costs)
After the change of the modem a technician returns and still cannot install the thermostat ...
well, what to say, for somfy I lost so much time and money, I strongly recommend you to buy other products, there are more elegant and valid ones, for example the BTICINO domotics.
DO NOT buy somfy

L'assistenza SOMFY è stata davvero GRANDE!!! mi hanno sostituito in un batter d'occhio la sirena esterna che dava degli errori...anzi, di più! me l'hanno consegnata a mano e con il sorriso sulle labbra e questo ha dimostrato una grande attenzione al cliente che è e rimane la loro priorità!
un grazie particolare al Sig. Cattaneo e a tutto il servizio clienti.

The SOMFY assistance was really GREAT !!! they replaced me in the blink of an eye the external siren that was giving errors ... indeed, more! they delivered it to me by hand and with a smile on their faces and this showed great attention to the customer who is and remains their priority!
