S	SurfPerry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto un ordine a fine febbraio, per un kit tagliando, su loro richiesta ho inviato il libretto per essere sicuri al 100% dei pezzi, in fase di montaggio il mio meccanico si accorge che il filtro olio non era il suo, quindi faccio la richiesta per avere il filtro olio giusto, vari messaggi su Whatsapp, ma l'unica soluzione data da loro rimaneva il rimborso, o l'invio di un nuovo filtro solo in caso di un futuro ordine. Il discorso è molto semplice visto l'errore palese, avrebbero dovuto mandarmi un nuovo filtro con spedizione a loro carico e la cosa ha dato fastidio. SI SONO FATTI UNA PESSIMA PUBBLICITA', DA LORO NON ACQUISTERO' MAI NULLA, PROFESSIONALITA' ZERO.......... I placed an order at the end of February, for a service kit, at their request I sent the booklet to be 100% sure of the parts, during the assembly phase my mechanic realizes that the oil filter was not his, so I do the request to have the right oil filter, various messages on Whatsapp, but the only solution given by them remained the refund, or the sending of a new filter only in case of a future order. The speech is very simple given the obvious error, they should have sent me a new filter with shipping at their expense and it bothered me. THEY HAVE MADE A BAD ADVERTISING, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM ..........

e	enrico pallazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di ordinare sul loro Ebay chiedo se i 2 pezzi sono compatibili fornendo tutte le specifiche del motore. Mi rispondono "le invio direttamente un preventivo con i 2 ricambi corretti " ma anzichè acquistare su Ebay mi rimandano ad un link esterno che riporta un prezzo maggiore di quello praticato su Ebay senza specificare inoltre di quali pezzi si trattano. Stupidamente mi fido e pago. Scoprirò poi che i prodotti sono uguali, con l'unica differenza che hanno fatto maggior profitto. Per errore di inscatolamento, mi arrivano due pezzi uguali anzichè due diversi. Faccio presente la cosa, faccio il reso e mi mandano quello corretto. Scopro che il pezzo che finalmente aspettavo non è compatibile. Chiedo il reso con rimborso, a quel punto spariscono. Per mail non rispondono, per telefono dicono che non possono fare due resi perchè ci rimetterebbero, ma il primo reso è stato causato da un problema di cui io non c entro nulla. Tutto questo casino per evitare di rimetterci 10 euro di spedizione. Before ordering on their Ebay I ask if the 2 pieces are compatible giving all the motor specifications. They reply "I will send you a quote directly with the 2 correct spare parts" but instead of buying on Ebay they refer me to an external link that shows a higher price than the one charged on Ebay without also specifying which pieces they are. I foolishly trust and pay. I will then discover that the products are the same, with the only difference that they have made more profit. Due to a boxing mistake, I get two identical pieces instead of two different ones. I report this, make the return and they send me the correct one. I discover that the piece I was finally waiting for is not compatible. I ask for the return with a refund, at which point they disappear. By e-mail they do not answer, by phone they say that they cannot make two returns because they would lose out, but the first return was caused by a problem that I have nothing to do with. All this mess to avoid losing 10 euros in shipping.
