★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la nostra esperienza è stata l'acquisto di un pavimento in PVC con il servizio di posa. Scelta dei materiali, sopralluogo tutto OK. Poi arriva il giorno dei lavori e ci lasciano soli con un posatore che non sapeva niente del lavoro e ci ha detto che quanto pattuito non era tecnicamente fattibile. In ogni caso alla fine, in qualche modo, il lavoro è stato fatto (gennaio 2020). Dopo meno di un anno sorgono dei difetti, piastrelle che si spostano e di conseguenza si sbeccano. Chiamiamo per capire cosa fare, ma ci hanno solo preso in giro. Non mi sto lamentando di un ritardo in periodo Covid, ma del classico atteggiamento di chi ha ricevuto i soldi e non vuole più sapere niente di te. Telefonate su telefonate, mail, solleciti...niente. Servizio decisamente pessimo...
our experience was the purchase of a PVC floor with the installation service. Choice of materials, inspection all OK. Then comes the day of the work and they leave us alone with an installer who did not know anything about the work and told us that what was agreed was not technically feasible. In any case, in the end, somehow, the work was done (January 2020). Defects arise after less than a year, tiles that move and consequently crumble. We call to figure out what to do, but they just made fun of us. I'm not complaining about a delay in the Covid period, but about the classic attitude of those who have received the money and no longer want to know anything about you. Phone calls, emails, reminders ... nothing. Definitely bad service ...

Una volta giunto da loro mi dicono che il ricambio lo hanno ma non possono venderlo per non spaiare gli articoli a magazzino (sic). Mi dicono che lo devono ordinare. Risultato: il preventivo è esattamente il doppio delle offerte online.
Ho perso una mezza mattina per niente. Incompetenti.
I called them for a replacement that I need in a short time. They assure me they have it in stock. We agree to see each other the next day. Once I get to them they tell me that they have the spare part but they cannot sell it in order not to match the items in stock (sic). They tell me they have to order it. Result: the quote is exactly double the online offers.
I lost half a morning for nothing. Incompetent.

Il titolare Giorgio è una persona di parola e soprattutto con grandissima esperienza nel settore, la figlia Michela molto Brava ..... sa mettere il cliente a suo agio e ti consiglia molto bene, capisce al volo ogni esigenza del cliente..... anche la mamma persona molto educata !! Cmq tutto lo staff è molto preparato .
Da anni mipa offre qualità e prezzo imbattibili sul mercato !!
