N	Nando on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cerchi un'agenzia immobiliare e invece trovi dei veri amici ... con una professionalità a tutto tondo, che non disdegna, quando ce n'è il tempo, una piacevole conversazione in ufficio o al bar. Rapidi nel capire le tue esigenze quando vuoi comprare: non ti fanno perdere tempo in lunghi inutili sfiancanti pellegrinaggi da un immoble all'altro! Mia moglie ed io ( anche anzianotti...) abbiamo visto due appartamenti a Chioggia e, scelto subito quello più adatto, in capo ad una settimana abbiamo fatto il rogito e con grande soddisfazione, anche per le condizioni di agenzia che si sono rivelate del tutto oneste. Dopo alcuni anni , volendo vendere, abbiamo dato l'esclusiva alla stessa agenzia, gestita sempre dai bravissimi e carissimi (in senso affettivo!) Lorenza e Gianluca, e di fronte a tutte le complicazioni che comporta una vendita a distanza (siamo di Bolzano), loro ci hanno tolto tutte le castagne dal fuoco, risparmiandoci un sacco di stress e di tempo agli spotelli vari. Il maggior tempo che abbiamo dedicato all'Agenzia Soluzione Casa di Chioggia è stato...per gli aperitivi che, negli anni li abbiamo invitati a prendere con noi (sottraendo noi , tempo al loro lavoro!) ogni volta che scendevamo a Chioggia! Cinque stelle, perchè...di più non ce ne sono. Bravi! grazie davvero! Quick to understand your needs when you want to buy: they do not make you waste time in long useless, exhausting pilgrimages from one property to another! My wife and I (also elderly ...) saw two apartments in Chioggia and, immediately choosing the most suitable one, after a week we made the deed and with great satisfaction, also for the agency conditions that proved to be the all honest. After a few years, wanting to sell, we gave the exclusivity to the same agency, always managed by the very talented and dear (in an affective sense!) Lorenza and Gianluca, and in the face of all the complications that a distance selling entails (we are from Bolzano) , they removed all the chestnuts from the fire, saving us a lot of stress and time at the various spots. The most time we dedicated to the Casa di Chioggia Solution Agency was ... for the aperitifs that, over the years, we have invited them to take with us (taking time away from their work!)
