★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono due anni che tergiversano coi lavori del Superbonus 110% senza portarli a conclusione. Inaffidabilità sia professionale che etica. Non hanno avuto nel corso di questi due anni la correttezza di dire che non erano in grado di portare a termine il lavoro e mi hanno messo nella condizione di non potermi neanche rivolgere ad aziende più efficienti per decorrenza dei termini. Infatti entro giugno il lavoro dovrebbe essere al 30% di stato avanzamento lavori per avvalersi del bonus, pena l’impossibilità di fruire dell’agevolazione. Inutile a dirsi ma per ora non sono nemmeno partiti. Allego nelle foto la copertina del preincarico firmato a dimostrazione della veridicità di ciò che dico e dell’impegno preso da entrambe le parti e ad oggi non rispettato da loro. Dopo numerose telefonate, mail e finanche diffide ad adempiere, mi trovo costretta ad agire legalmente per risarcimento danni.
They have been beating around the bush for two years with the Superbonus 110% works without bringing them to a conclusion. Both professional and ethical unreliability. During these two years they did not have the correctness to say that they were unable to complete the job and they put me in the position of not even being able to contact more efficient companies due to the expiry of the terms. In fact, by June the work should be at 30% of the work progress to take advantage of the bonus, under penalty of inability to use the facility. Needless to say, they haven't even started yet. I enclose in the photos the cover of the pre-assignment signed to demonstrate the truthfulness of what I say and the commitment made by both parties and to date not respected by them. After numerous phone calls, emails and even warnings to comply, I find myself forced to take legal action for damages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a Solsolis per realizzare un impianto fotovoltaico durante la ristrutturazione della mia abitazione col superbonus 110, a differenza di altre aziende a cui avevo richiesto il preventivo si sono dimostrati più professionali, con prezzi equi e non i soliti massimali del decreto.
Sono riusciti a trovare in tempi brevissimi 2 Tesla Powerwall 2, cosa che gli altri rivenditori mi avevano detto non fattibile per tempistiche e prezzi.
Hanno anche seguito tutte le pratiche di allaccio e i contratti col GSE.
La fase di installazione è stata velocissima, alla fine il lavoro è risultato estremamente preciso e fatto a regola d'arte.
Personalmente ho già suggerito Solsolis a molti amici che sono in fase di progetto col 110.
I turned to Solsolis to build a photovoltaic system during the renovation of my home with the superbonus 110, unlike other companies I had requested a quote from, they proved to be more professional, with fair prices and not the usual ceilings of the decree.
They managed to find 2 Tesla Powerwall 2 in a very short time, which other retailers had told me not feasible for timing and prices.
They also followed all the connection procedures and contracts with the GSE.
The installation phase was very fast, in the end the work was extremely precise and done in a workmanlike manner.
Personally, I have already suggested Solsolis to many friends who are in the design phase with the 110.
