Ho preso diverse varietà di piante, e sono arrivate tutte in perfette condizioni, meglio di quelle che prendo al vivaio. L'unica un po' meno bella era l'acero rosso, ma su un totale di una dozzina di piante una meno bella ci può anche stare. D'altronde a volte ci dimentichiamo che le piante sono pur sempre esseri viventi! A mio parere meritano 5 stelle per l'attenzione al cliente e la professionalità, se dovessi avere bisogno ordinerò di nuovo. Very kind and very helpful customer service. I took several varieties of plants, and they all arrived in perfect condition, better than the ones I get at the nursery. The only one a little less beautiful was the red maple, but out of a total of a dozen plants, a less beautiful one can also fit. On the other hand, sometimes we forget that plants are still living beings! In my opinion they deserve 5 stars for customer care and professionalism, if I need I will order again.
