★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inutile parlare della grande convenienza e varietà di prodotti, per quello basta un motore di ricerca ed una visita sul loro sito. Vi posso invece raccontare quanto sono gentili, precisi e disponibili, ho preso da loro una macchina fotografica Fujifilm XT1 con ottiche qualche tempo fa ed oggi uno sportwatch Garmin Fenix 6 pro; acquisti così importanti mi piace farli di persona e dunque mi sono sempre recato in negozio dopo la prenotazione sul sito ma non è difficile immaginare che anche cin la loro spedizione assicurata si possa stare tranquilli. Ottimo servizio, complimenti.
 Needless to mention the great convenience and variety of products, a search engine and a visit to their site are enough for that. Instead, I can tell you how kind, precise and helpful they are, I took from them a Fujifilm XT1 camera with optics some time ago and today a Garmin Fenix 6 pro sportwatch; I like to make such important purchases in person and therefore I always went to the store after booking on the site but it is not difficult to imagine that even with their insured shipping you can rest assured. Great service, congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio decisamente poco appariscente (ma con un notevolissimo sito web dedicato all' e commerce). Varcata la soglia ci si rende immediatamente conto di essere giunti in un vero paradiso per gli appassionati di cine/foto/video/droni.
I prezzi, se si è attenti alle offerte, possono essere molto convenienti.
Da parte mia non posso far altro che consigliarlo!
Definitely inconspicuous shop (but with a very remarkable website dedicated to e-commerce). Crossing the threshold you immediately realize that you have arrived in a true paradise for cine / photo / video / drone enthusiasts.
The prices, if you are attentive to the offers, can be very affordable.
For my part I can not help but recommend it!

Devo dire che all’inizio ero un po’ scoraggiato, perché la video camera mi serviva prima di partire per un viaggio, ed erano già trascorsi i 2-3 giorni lavorativi previsti per la consegna (anzi piuttosto 4-5). Ho scritto un messaggio alla “pagina unificata di supporto al cliente” e mi hanno risposto subito via email, offrendomi un prodotto superiore (in qualità e prezzo), perché quello che avevo scelto non era reperibile entro la data che mi serviva. È arrivato in due giorni, giusto in tempo (vedere foto). Quindi tutto sommato sono contento!
Very recommended seller. I must say that at first I was a little discouraged, because I needed the video camera before leaving for a trip, and the 2-3 working days scheduled for delivery had already passed (rather 4-5). I wrote a message to the “unified customer support page” and they replied immediately via email, offering me a superior product (in quality and price), because the one I had chosen was not available by the date I needed. It arrived in two days, just in time (see photos). So all in all I'm happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought camera an lens, but i did not get warranty papers for camera, just income, which in my country is not enough for european warranty. I wrote them for warranty and I've just got 1 answer that i could download .pdf user manuals. Then they did not respond to my other mails. So unprofessional. I am very dissapointed.

The problem is if i want to use european warranty in my country, i need European warranty card (completed form) + invoice. Without completed warranty form i can not get my camera fixed. I don't knoow why is so hard to send me confirmed warranty??!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a fan but was told it wouldn't be available until 8 working days (did not read that anywhere when purchasing). After 8 working days they still could not tell us when it would be with them, and so couldn;t tell us when it would be with us. we gave up and asked for a refund.
The only plus was that they were good on email.
To be honest, this seems to be the general attitude of most Italian companies I've dealt with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered it expecting to have shipped it out quickly and trusting the good recensions. Then they claimed 5/10 working days what had been never respected. Prevision had been shifted to the following week and after that I have got only poor response on my follow-up, nevewr a new shipping date.
They had stated that "if the supplier delay the shipments, how can we do? We cannot produce the product". Never acceptable. They have no balls to follow up the suppliers and escalate.
Only small positive point was timely responses (but poor content) and got refunding (after 5 weeks credit for them free of charge).
