Dopo una breve trattativa con i proprietari per mezzo dell'agente immobiliare Stefano, chiamo per confermare le condizioni concordate e fissiamo insieme un appuntamento per recarmi in sede dell'agenzia e formalizzare la proposta e tutto quanto. Dopo qualche ora vengo contattato da Stefano e mi vien detto che è stata avanzata un'altra proposta e che la proprietaria valuterà quale delle due preferisce. Nessuna agenzia con cui ho avuto a che fare accetta altre proposte nel contempo ve ne è un'altra in corso! Tempo perso!
Simply unprofessional. I was interested in a rented apartment. After a brief negotiation with the owners through the real estate agent Stefano, I call to confirm the agreed conditions and we set an appointment together to go to the agency and formalize the proposal and everything. After a few hours I am contacted by Stefano and I am told that another proposal has been made and that the owner will evaluate which of the two she prefers. No agency I have dealt with accepts other proposals at the same time there is another in progress! Lost time!
